Retention permission for 4 no temporary structures at St Vincent's Hospital (A Protected Structure) consisting of 3 no single storage sheds of 22.3sqm, 48.8sqm and 81.5sqm and the retention of temporary prefab single storey office structure of 92.7 sqm. Retention Permission is also sought for single storey open sided covering smoking area(13.68sqm), single storey extension to St Vincent's Hospital building to provide enlarged staff dining room(16 sqm),2 no Signle storey extension to Health Centre Building to provide 2 no consulting rooms and sanitary facilities(36.7sqm & 25.5sqm respectively)with all associated works. Planning Permission is also sought for closure of existing vehicular entrance on the Coosan Point Road and relocating of the main entrance to the existing service entrance on the Coosan Road. Permission is sought for alterations of existing vehicular exit and pedestrian access/egress on the Coosan Point Road. Permission is also sought for the introduction of barrier paid parking,alterations to the internal road layout and car parking including internal footpaths with all associated works above and below ground.
