Proposal description

We would like to apply for change of use to Short Term Let. Whilst we use the property ourselves when visiting our family who live in Dungarvan, usually during Summer months, we would like the flexibility to have it occupied with short term tenants when we are not in Ireland, in the event we cannot find someone to occupy it and vacate during the times we want to use it. All work designated 'Proposed' in drawings was completed by August 2024, and the property has been subject to an agreement with 360Stay (PHP Hospitality Partners Ltd) since September 2024, initially for them to arrange short term lets, and (since 27th February 2026) for them to use for longer term rentals. They have now expressed their wish to discontinue this arrangement.
