The change of use of part of the vacant former Tramore CBS three storey school building from educational use/community infrastructure to residential use consisting of 2no. one bed & 2No. two bed residential units at lower ground floor, 3No. one bed & 1No. two bed residential units at upper ground floor, & 3No. one bed & 1No. two bed residential units at first floor, (12 No. residential units in total).
