The construction of single-storey extensions to the front (south-east facing), the side (north-east facing) and the rear (north-west facing) elevations, and for the construction of an attached domestic-style garage to the side (south-west facing) elevation of the existing single-storey three-bedroom dwelling. PLANNING PERMISSION for the development will consist of: (1) the demolition of the attached domestic-style garage to the side (south-west facing) elevation; (2) the construction of a single-storey extension to the rear (north-west facing) elevation of the existing single-storey three bedroom dwelling, including alterations to all elevations, reconfiguration of internal layouts, rooflights, and solar panels; (3) the construction of a new domestic-style garage.
