Refurbish a derelict House and reuse as a two bed dwelling at Castlequarter and Smallquarter ,Works to bring the structure back to use as a dwelling will include; 1) Refurbish structure, replace existing roof with similar. 2) Raise external walls by 600mm for internal head room and externally insulate with a breathable external insulation system. 3) Replace all existing windows & front door. Unblock window at front elevation on first floor & install new window, replace 1 and add 3 new roof lights. Proposed raised external patio area with proposed new door. 4) Installation of new Septic Tank in Castlequarter site and Domestic Waste Water Treatment System in Smallquarter site, along with all associated site development works.
