For development consisting of the construction of new apartments at first, second and third floor levels in the existing vacant building (Protected Structure) to form 3 no. 3 bedroom apartments to rear south block and 1 no. new 2 Bedroom apartment to front north block replacing existing. There is also an option for an additional 1 no. new 2 Bedroom apartment to front north block in place of the existing kitchen and restaurant at first floor level as an alternative layout. This will only be carried out if the existing extended restaurant at this level is not viable at this location. Included are new private balconies for apartments in the central void, with alteration of windows and sliding screens for access as required, relocation of existing ventilation duct from restaurant kitchen, guarding and public open space with roof garden and access with extended stairs for fire compliance. Also permission to facilitate general repairs, connection to existing public services and all associated site works in the remainder of the existing ground floor storage area to the rear of the existing restaurant to improve Building regulations compliance.
