An amendment to 2 No. previously permitted warehouses (WCCC Reg. Ref. 20/963). The amendments consist of an amalgamation of 2 No. warehouse structures (warehouses 16 and 17) resulting in an overall increase in GFA and change of use from maturation warehouses to a bottling hall including provision for a racked warehouse. The proposed development will also include the construction of a 2 storey office adjoining the amalgamated structure, the provision of external plant and all associated elevational alterations.
