Development will consist of the construction of a 2603m2 extension to the compost manufacturing facility which includes primary composting tunnels, preparation area, air filtration rooms, fan room, screening area, dispatch area and composting bay location. Demolition of existing wall to the south east of building to allow for the construction of the extension. An application will be made to the Environmental Protection Agency for a waste licence to operate the facility
