Construction of 13 No. two-bed single storey houses (consisting of 1 no. four house terrace block, 1 no. 3 house terrace block, 4 no. semi-detached houses & 2 no. detached houses) & construction of 8 no. three bed two-storey houses (consisting of 2 no. three house terrace blocks & 2 no. semi-detached houses).
