To retain indefinitely unauthorised work as is carried out in the start of work on site in the building of houses no. 90, 91, 104, 105, 120, 121, 127, 128, 129_ the building of house no. 127 (above) is an alteration to the subject of planning ref no 16/675_ which is to build a two storey, 4 bedroom detached house (one house in lieu of the previously omitted houses 122&123_ dotted on layout plan). The building of house 128 & 129(above)_ previously permissioned under ref no 16/675, is a relocation of these two houses, to include house no 127, in a modification through Road 7, 7a &7b(again previously permissioned under ref no 16/675). Also applying for planning permission to complete the building of these nine houses_No. 90, 91, 104, 105, 120, 121, 127, 128, 129. (2) Planning permission to build and complete 12 houses (No. 92 to 103 inclusive), through Road 9. All of the above (through 1 & 2) consisting of 3 & 4 bedroom, two storey, semi detached and detached houses and 2 bedroom two storey, terraced houses, together with all associated site development works, including a modification to the layout of Road No. 7, 7a and 7b (previously permissioned under planning ref 16/675 _ Phase 3), and also all associated services installation _ extension from and connection to the services of the already permissioned (built and/or under construction_ Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Cluain Lárach estate.
