Proposal description

Modifications to the Cluain Lárach housing estate layout, and to the services and site development works associated to such modifications, for Phase 4 which is part of that as was granted planning permission under planning ref. no. 10/439 and extended under ref. no. 16/390. This Phase 4 is for 73 houses_ No. 35 to 105 and no. 120 & 121. Also permission to build house no. 127 (one house in lieu of the omitted houses 122 & 123_ dotted on layout plan). A relocation of houses 128 & 129 and a modification to the layout of Road No. 7, 7a and 7b. The layout includes 3 & 4 bedroom, two storey, semi-detached and detached houses, 2 bedroom two storey, semi detached and terraced houses and all as a follow-on from Phase 1 (20 houses built and occupied). Phase 2 (14 houses built and occupied) and Phase 3 (44 houses under construction under ref. No. 16/675)
