Proposal description

(I) The demolition of the First and Second floors and the Roof of the three storey building facing Main Street, the front wall of the building is to be retained. (ii) The reconstruction of the three storey building with Retail Use at Ground floor level and residential use at First and Second floor levels. (iii) The construction of a new single storey building at the rear of the three storey building for Supermarket Retail Use, part Off-Licence Use, Staff facilities/Offices, Home Deliveries and Customer Toilets. (iv) New Entrance Tower on the Western corner of the new Extension. (v) Additional car park area on the Northern Side of the new Extension. (vi) Change of use of part of the Ground Floor Store to Off Licence Use of the existing 2 storey building on the Western side of the new Extension.
