A) the change of use of the existing Bridewell (Gaol) and Temperance Hall buildings from an educational facility/offices to residential use comprising of: 7 no. one-bedroom and 4 no. two-bedroom apartments, B) the demolition of an existing non-historic flat roof section, C) the construction of a proposed external stairwell to the side of the rear Temperance Hall building, D) elevational changes to include a proposed external door & window to replace existing opes to the front (northern façade) of the Bridewell building, 2 no. proposed balconies to the rear (southern façade) of the Bridewell building as well as proposed fenestration to the northern, eastern and western elevations of the Temperance Hall building, and E) proposed raising of height of the existing northern boundary wall along with all associated site development and facilitating works.
