Proposal description

(I) Works to the existing manufacturing production and administration building to include: (a) Construction of an extension building between the existing production and administration building and the existing warehouse building with associated ramp access, to provide for increased production and store space; (b) Provision of seven modular store units linked to; the existing production and administration building; and, the proposed extension for use ancillary to manufacturing activity; (c) Construction of goods lift to rear of the existing production and administration building; (d) Minor alterations to the existing car park layout to facilitate the proposed extension building; (ii) Works to the existing light industrial building (‘Unit 2’) to provide for; (a) extension to the rear of the building to provide for increased storage; and (b) modifications to north-west and south-west elevations of that building to provide for the replacement of roller door and pedestrian door openings; (iii) Provision of additional plant area with perimeter fencing; (iv) Provision of new surface water management infrastructure including collection of roof water and provision of on-site surface water storage with controlled discharge from that new storage to an existing surface water outfall via a proposed new headwall outlet; (v) Provision of new pedestrian gate access along roadside boundary; (vi) Proposed lighting within the site; and (vii) All associated site development works including the removal of existing temporary modular structures from the site; and 2. Retention Permission for the following works: (a) Erection of three flag poles at the entrance; and (b) Externally affixed signage on existing buildings
