The site is accessed via Gort Na Manach housing scheme and the Poppyfield Roundabout. 4. The adjustment of site levels, site boundary treatments, open spaces, landscaping and all associated site development works. 6. An Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Report and an Appropriate Assessment Screening Report have been submitted with the application
