Filling the existing poor quality agricultural land with inert materials comprising of Class 5 and Class 6 material (topsoil, subsoil, soil, recovered concrete and stone) in order to raise the level of the ground, provision of a temporary wheel wash on site, utilising existing site entrance, including all ancillary site works at Ballyard Td, Birdhill, Co.
