Deepening of the existing quarry floor to a finished level of 60 metres above Ordnance Datum (mOD), remaining entirely within the existing permitted quarry footprint. All within an application area of approximately 36 hectares and for a total period of 34 years (the extraction operational period is for 32 years and a further 2 years for site restoration).
