The construction of an MV electrical building. The development will consist of: i) a new MV electrical building to comprise electrical rooms over an under-croft level to provide a gross floor area of approximately 168.8 square meters and a maximum height of 4.76 metres to include grated steel access platforms; ii) all associated site development and ancillary works including modifications to footpaths, drainage and utility services, and ground works. The proposed development is located on a site that operates under an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003). The proposed development is on a site which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 applies
