(I) change of use of 5 no. existing vacant retail ground floor units (Class 2) within the existing structure at Riverside Shopping Centre, Shannon Street, Borrisokane, Co Tipperary to 8 no. residential apartments comprising 5 no. two bedroom units and 3 no three bedroom units, (ii) minor external works are proposed as part of the subject works.
