Amendment to the design of the previously approved development (Planning Reference: Tipperary County Council (16/600917) and An Bord Pleanála (Pl92.249060), which comprises consent for a Solar PV Energy Development and for planning permission for a proposed Battery Energy storage system - amendments include; (1) changes to the configuration of the Solar PV rows, (2) a reduction in the height of the solar PV panels, (3) reduction in the spacing of Solar PV rows (strings), (4) increase in size of solar panels, (5) increase in solar panel output resulting in an overall increase in solar power generation, (6) a change in solar panels tilt (degree), (7) an increase in the number of transformers/inverters, (8) an increase in the area of the individual transformers, (9) an increase in the number of panels, (10) the introduction of a Battery Energy Storage system with a compound size of 5,400 square metres containing 60 battery units and 30 inverter units, all of which measure 6.1 m in length, 2.45m in width and 2.9m in height, together with a switch room/SCADA room - A Natura Impact Statement will also be submitted with the application
