(A) deconstruction of entrance gates, piers, walls and railings of the former main entrance opening to old parochial house and construction of a new stone wall across the entrance opening, (b) a new vehicular entrance to serve the old parochial house onto the public roadway R961 together with re construction of original piers, walls, railing and gates, the infilling and leveling of the entrance area with crushed stone and construction of a replacement roadside boundary hedgerow, (c) deconstruction of former entrance gate directly north of outbuildings on the property and construction of a new stone wall across the entrance opening (d) construction of a new vehicular entrance opening with gate onto the R691 at the north east end of the property. The Parochial house is listed as a protected structure in Tipperary County Council Development Plan 2009, as varied. Reference no S432 and NIAH ref no 22205509.
