The demolition of an existing 132.25 sq m single storey structure, previously used as a store, and the provision of a new 170.5 sq m two storey building, incorporating an office, staff changing facilities, waste store, substation and associated electrical room. A new 3m wide passageway is also provided to the north of the building and will provide a new service entrance to Cashel Palace Gardens. The new building will connect with Cashel Palace Hotel's Coach House, which is to be rebuilt for use as an office accommodation under planning reference 18/601440. The works are within the curtilage of RPS 7 (Cashel Town Walls)
