Comprising of the following: Redevelopment of the existing listed nineteenth century Stanwix Alms House a protected structure (recorded on the national inventory of architectural heritage, reference no 22312105) into nine one bedroom units, encompassing 510 m2 area, with nine new single storey extensions to the rear of each proposed unit. Conversion of the existing two storey former caretakers house, 146 m2 of accommodation into a community facility. A five bedroom bungalow of 205 m2. Five one bedroom single storey terraced 57m2 social housing units. The development of associated hard and soft landscape, lighting, parking hard standing, drainage and bin storage to serve the three buildings around a communal landscaped courtyard.
