The proposed development is a class of development under the renewable energy directive and is renewable energy directive iii (red iii) development which is subject to section 34d of the planning and development act 2000 (as amended). Where a notice is given under section 34d(b) of the act, article 26a of the planning and development regulations 2001 (as amended) shall apply.
