Layout / elevational alterations including: additional customer entrance to Northern elevation, reconfiguration of loading bay ramp and roof (to allow service access to first rather than ground floor level) and associated modifications, reconfigured rooftop plant compound and access arrangements, ventilation louvres, and revisions to façade metal cladding arrangements; and, C. Advertising signage including a total of 5 no. internally illuminated building mounted Lidl logo signs measuring c. 2.5 m x 2.5 m to the North, South, East and West elevations of the large 2 storey retail unit.
