Proposal description

The change of use of existing attic/ internal roof space to convert to a bedroom, with ensuite and internal access stairs, which will provide a second floor habitable level to existing dwelling. It is further proposed to make modifications to the existing roof of the dwelling whereby removing a portion of the roof (hipped portion) and constructing a standard gable , hence altering the dwellings existing side elevation, with an additional window to extended gable / side elevation, and to construct a flat roof dormer unit to the rear of the existing roof of the dwelling with 2 no. windows, with all necessary and associated site works.
