Proposal description

Alterations to an existing granted planning application (Reg. Ref. SD25A/0259W) for a Proposed Warehouse Development with Ancillary Office & Staff Facilities. The subject alterations for which Planning is now sought for are as follows: Addition of an integrated 2-storey ancillary office block to the north-eastern corner of the building and relocation of the previously granted HGV dock office block, plus associated elevational alterations resulting in ground floor plan: change of use of 299m2 of Warehouse Area to 32m2 of Ancillary Office area and 267m2 of Staff Facilities Area, resulting in 32,105m2 of Warehouse Area. First floor plan: Addition of 255m2 of Ancillary Office Area and 36m2 of Staff Facilities Area. Reduction of 5No. dock leveller doors & 1No. level entry goods door due to the above-mentioned alterations and addition of 2No. disabled carparking spaces to facilitate the additional office area. Addition of an on-site ESB Substation with a total area of 43m2. All other details will remain as per the granted application Reg. Ref. SD25A/0259W.
