The rearrangement of the two existing accessible parking spaces and the relocation of 7 car parking spaces to the southern boundary of the site, retaining 24 car parking spaces on the site overall as per PP SD17A/0448. Relocating the existing bicycle shelter and all associated ancillary site works. The total area of the proposed new security building is 50.75 sqm.
