Proposal description

(A) Removal of the existing changing rooms in the ground floor, the existing, the existing temporary smoking area including benches; fenncing and roof cover to the rear at north, the existing lean-to roof to the west, and associated ancillary internal alterations; (b) A 2 storey extension to the west comprising 51msq to provide day care and youth club spaces; (c) A 2 storey extension to the north comprisng 33sq.m. with attenuating green roof over, to provide additional members bar, lounge; WC and kitchen floor area at first floor; storage, delivery; WC and function room spaces at ground floor; (d) new cafe, entrance lobby and glazed canopy, and reception spaces to the south in lieu of the existing ground floor changing rooms; (e) a new plant room of 42.5msq at the lower main roof level (f) a new pedestrian gate to the Greenhills Road to the east; (g) miscellaneous minor internal alterations to enable the above; (h) miscellaneous external alterations to include drainage works as required for the above with SUDs measures including a new soakaway and rain garden; (i) a new permeable base laid externally to accommodate the relocation of the existing pre-fabricated Men's Shed adjacent to the Kilnamanagh AFC clubhouse.
