SD22A/0285 and will comprise (i) an external bin store and plant enclosure (c.33 sq.m), (ii) the provision of an ancillary off-licence sales area of c.21 sq. m within the permitted retail unit, (iii) minor external alterations to the Greenhills Road (shopfront) elevation to include an automatic sliding entrance door, signage and vinyl window coverings, (iv) all ancillary site services and site development works.
