Changes to be made to a single storey side extension to include flowing, removal of low pitched roof to be replaced with a new roof with a slightly higher pitch, removal of 2 small windows on the side southerly facing elevation to be replaced with a large sliding door, removal of French doors on the rear easterly elevation to be replaced with a large window. Other alterations to include adjustments to 2 1st floor windows in the bathroom and landing to facilitate the new slightly higher pitched roof and some minor internal alterations.
