PL065.249209, as extended under Reg Ref SD17A/0064/EP and as amended under Reg Ref DS21A/0175); Permission is also sought to omit a first-floor landing window to the north eastern elevation on the yet to be constructed house No. 13; There are no works proposed to Ballyroan House (a Protected Structure). All other development within the site remains as previously permitted under Reg. Ref. SD17A10064 (ASP Ref. PLO6S.249209) and as amended under Reg. Ref. SD21A/0175; Part of this development is currently under consideration by South Dublin County Council as pail of planning Ref. SD23A/0302.
