The development will include ancillary site works to connect to existing Grange Castle infrastructural services as well as fencing; signage; services road; entrance gate; 30 car parking spaces including two disabled car parking spaces; sheltered bicycle parking. The development will be enclosed with landscaping, including an attenuation pond to the north, to all frontages. An EIS has been submitted with this application.
