Proposal description

Two storey extension (c. 3,085.6sq.m.) to the existing 'Lawn Suites' hotel building; the extension will adjoin the existing 'Lawn Suites' building to the east and south and will comprise of 47 hotel suites situated around a central landscaped courtyard. The development will require the demolition of an existing single storey structure containing 4 'Golf Suites' and the removal of 44 car parking spaces; vehicular access to the development will be via the existing access road to Finnstown Castle Hotel. Permission is also sought for revisions to the overall car parking layout to serve the development including the provision of 140 new spaces located to the west of the site, landscaping and all associated ancillary site development works.
