Alterations to previously granted application, Reg. Ref. SD17A/0030: amend the design and position of 5 dwellings as granted, located at the rear of the site (north) to provide for 6 semi-detached dwellings with two gable dwellings having an additional single storey side and rear extension, now indicated as house Type C. This will bring the toal number of dwellings for the overall site to 12. Also revisions to the permitted house Type B, under Reg. Ref. SD17A/0030, for modification of the ground floor plans, as per granted site layout plan, to allow for a small rear extension, with all associated car parking, site development works and services.
