Proposal description

Change the use of an industrial building to a waste transfer facility. The waste transfer facility will involve the collection, bailing and distribution of dry waste (only) as follows : tyres, cardboard and plastic. The baled waste will be transferred off-site for recycling. It is also proposed to demolish internal office space and provide a new entrance door in the south elevation to facilitate HGV access.
