Extension and refurbishment of the existing doctor's surgery/primary care centre. Proposed development is to include demolition of all existing single storey extensions to the rear as well as the internal remodelling of the existing ground floor. In addition, the works will include the provision of new consultancy rooms and courtyard and all ancillary treatment rooms/ WC's/waiting areas/stores in a single storey extension to the rear. The application also includes alterations to the existing front elevation incorporating changes to existing fenestration, new render finishes, new front entrance canopy and new signage. The purpose of the proposed works is to upgrade the existing property in compliance with all necessary accessibility and HIQA guidelines. No material intensification of the established use is proposed.
