Construction of a warehouse, distribution, packaging and logistics building over two floors with a 3 storey administration and laboratory building. The warehouse buildings are at height of 20m and 31m; the facility has a total floor area of 22,800sq.m. approx. The development also includes a new entrance, a security gatehouse, sprinkler tank and pump house, generator, fuel tank storage areas, substation, plant rooms, bicycle shelter, smoking shelter, signage, flag poles, security fencing, entrance gates and hard and soft landscaping; 162 no. car parking spaces will be provided (of these 9 no. spaces are accessible); a rainwater retention pond, circulation roads and footpaths are also to be included and all associated site works; an Environmental Impact Statement is enclosed with this application, all on an 11 hectare site.
