Proposal description

(I) Construction of a 2038sq.m. break-bulk transit warehouse building (Warehouse H) c. 15m high with loading bay; (ii) construction of a 1532sq.m. break-bulk transit warehouse building (Warehouse J) c. 15m high with loading bay; (iii) relocation and roofing over of exsiting diesel tanks; (iv) increase the height of the existing transit Warehouses B, C and D on the Naas Road elevation from c. 11.7m to 16.3m at the apex to match transit Warehouses F & G; (v) replacement of the cladding on the Naas Road elevation of transit Warehouses B, C & D and facade treatment to existing ancillary offices to harmonise with the colour of the recently constructed Warehouses F & G; (vi) associated site works at Johnston Logistics.
