20 No. apartment units (3 no. 1 -bed units; 10 no. 2-bed units; 4 no 3-bed units and 3 no. 3-bed duplex units) within 2 no. three storey apartment blocks partly above a single level basement (1,042sq.m) as follows ; Block A - a three storey apartment block of 6 no. apartment units comprising 3 no. 2-bed units (all 73.5sq.m) and 3 no. 3-bed duplex units (all 129 sq.m): the block contains balconies/terraces serving each individual unit to the east elevation; Block B - a three storey apartment block over basement of 14 no. apartment units comprising 3 no. 1-bed units of 52sq.m; 7 no. 2-bed units of 78 - 85 sq.m; and 4 no. 3 bed units of 90 - 102 sq.m: the block also contains balconies/terraces serving each individual unit on the north and south elevations; a new vehicular access will be created off Waterstown Avenue that will provide direct access into the single level basement under Block B. The existing access point will be closed.
