Ref. No. SD02A/0275, SD03A/0702, SD04A/0084, SD05A/0188, SD06A/0938, SD04A/0205, SD06A/0619, SD04A/0809, SD03A/0392. 1. Revisions to Block A, comprising of a proposed change of use of permitted retail unit at northeast corner to off-license/wine shop; 2. Revisions to Block D comprising of a proposed change of use of permitted cafe unit in southeast corner to retail use, provision of 127 sq.m. mezzanine floor and amalgamation with 482 sq.m. of permitted retail area at first floor level, provision of two entrances on the north elevation of Block D and amendment to fenestration at first floor level of the north elevation; 3. Revisions to Block E, comprising of a change of use of permitted cafe unit to Hotel Cafe Bar/ Restaurant integrated into the permitted Hotel with additional access via Hotel reception, alterations to fenestration at ground floor to the north and west elevations; 4.
