Waste recovery & transfer facility: the building measures 6,880sq.m. in plan with max. 10.0m in height to eaves and 14.2m in height to parapet; there is provision for 68 no. car parking spaces, underground water attenuation tank, oil interceptor and associated drainage. The proposed building is similar in building style and nature of use to the 2 no. buildings built on site in 2004/2005 and 2006 granted planning permission under Reg. Ref. SD03A/0838 & SD06A/0404 respectively. The proposed development requires a Waste Licence from the regulatory authority.
