The development will consist of amendments to Unit B of "Tramway Lane" (Block E1 of the permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) (Ref. ABP-310570-21). Unit B (c.257.2 sq.m) has permission for commercial/retail use. The proposed amendments to Unit B include the following: - The incorporation of an off-licence area within the permitted retail unit (c.13.3 sq.m). - Associated single storey plant area (c. 16.4 sq.m) to the rear (north) of unit B. - Permitted entrance door on south elevation replaced with sliding door. - Advertising signage (c.5 sq.m).
