The land is not owned by New Century Engineering Ltd and is leased therefore the development is temporary with regards to its operation. There are no permanent structures located on site, offices are based in portacabins which can be removed following cessation of the certificate of registration. There are no plans to build any structures at this location. Containers and portacabins are stored at this facility for short time storage and are removed to larger sites as and when required.
