Retention Permission and Permission for development at LMS Express, Finisklin Road, Rathedmond Td., Co. Sligo, F91 N5RE. The development consists of revisions to the development previously permitted under Planning Reference PL24/60499. RETENTION Permission is sought for: (i) the enlargement of the site boundary to the southeast and the associated 2 m-high boundary fencing, (ii) the provision of concrete hardstanding within the enlarged site area, including connection to the existing private surface-water drainage network, (iii) additional 2no. fuel pumps and 3no. canopy support columns, (iv) the incorporation of an existing entrance serving the adjacent site into the enlarged site boundary to provide access to the additional fuel pumps, (v) site lighting, including 3no. floodlights and, (vi) 2no. windows on the southern elevation of the existing building. PERMISSION is sought for: (i) a new canopy and associated signage over the additional fuel pumps and canopy columns, together with all associated site development works.
