We, Joe Grogan and Aisling Keenan, intend to apply to Sligo County Council for Planning Permission for the following works at Carha Td, Coolaney, Co Sligo 1. Renovation of existing derelict cottage. 2. Construction of a new extension to the west side and north side of the existing cottage. 3. Construction of a new home office/studio to replace the existing derelict outbuilding. 4. Construction of a domestic garage to north-east of the house. 5. Upgrade of existing access road to serve proposed development. 6. Provision of a new effluent treatment system with percolation area and all associated site works.
