To amend Planning Permission Reference PL 21/263 (which included permission for the construction of a Discount Foodstore with ancillary off-licence sales). The proposed development comprises: 1) The construction of a revised and extended single storey licensed Discount Foodstore (also with mono pitch roof, internal mezzanine plant deck and ancillary off-licence sales), with an enlarged total gross floor space of 2,310 sqm and an enlarged net retail sales area of 1,502 sqm (2,186 sqm and 1,415 sqm respectively permitted under PL 21/263); and, 2) Associated reconfiguration of site layout, and all other associated and ancillary modifications to PL 21/263 above and below ground level including revised trolley bay shelter and car parking arrangements
