The resurfacing and upgrading of the associated service yard, the access route from Finisklin road and existing car parking to facilitate the new development and the provision of secure and sheltered bicycle parking with additional staff car parking spaces to the rear of the site. 4. All associated site and civil works including rainwater attenuation.
