Application for tea-room street furniture to the front, conversion of the existing street front workshop to a professional kitchen, adding 0.89m to the roof level to allow for a mezzanine storage level, maintaining the rear ground floor storage and conversion of its first floor storage to studio apartment for staff, extending the coal shed to be toilet facilities for the Tea Rooms. Change-of-use of the existing house to a B&B plus staff facilities to include staff room, showers, kitchenette, and all ancillary site works including new percolation areas, rainwater harvesting and drainage.
