Development consisting of a Sub-division of a part of unit 10 and change of use from light industrial to warehouse with the inclusion of ancillary trade counters (for the sale of building related products principally to trade) the remainder of the building will remain light industrial. Proposed works are as follows: internally the mezzanine level in the rear return will be removed. There would be trade counters inserted along with a proposed new access to the south of the unit. Externally and to the north of the building new bollards on "goods in" entrance; new mechanical plant area; on the south elevation new opening and access doors to service the trade counters and some levelling works along the footpath as well as remarking parking spaces to create a " clear area" and disabled space to the south of the building; block up the entrance on the east elevation.
